Return Policy

Returns 

  • Due to COVID-19, we are currently no longer accepting returns on any jewelry and all purchases will be considered final sale.
  • Returns on items excluding jewelry will be accepted for store credit only.
  • Your return must be mailed out within 14 days of receiving your package. All items must be in new, unused, and untarnished condition. Once received, we will inspect all parcels and if item is in acceptable condition, you will receive a refund in 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • All shipping fees that occur during a return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable
Sale, discounted, and special order items that are marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. By placing an order at Adorn you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Adorn.

All returns must meet the following requirements.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.

Merchandise must have all tags attached.

All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE.

Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund

Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
